Miscellaneous Lettershop
We can take any size of printed data, and through the various steps listed below prepare the document for mailing.
- Cutting - Our cutting machine can be used on an offset piece to trim any excess. It can also be utilized to cut documents that are printed 2-up, 3-up or any other combination, into single pieces.
- Folding - We have an offline folder to do combination folds of finished pieces. Our machine can perform letter folds, half folds, or right angle folds of various size and thicknesses of pieces.
- Glue Folding - Our gluefolder converts an 8.5" x 11" document into a letter folded piece with glued and perforated edges making the piece a "self-mailer" thus saving the customer the cost of an envelope. Customers that send daily notices and tax forms use this process extensively.
- Tabbing - Tabbing performed by the inkjet machine affixes one or two tabs, depending on postal requirements, to a printed piece to keep the mailer from opening and becoming damaged during postal delivery.
